[ale] Debian/Ubuntu/Mint install



Install the rpm-fusion repo as always. Then the vlc player has access
to everything.?

It's annoying that the proprietary stuff has to be split out but it
makes a point about how the web has evolved to be controlled by
proprietary interests.

Maybe the software patents judge will pull the plug on the whole mess.
One can only hope.
