I will miss, actually true, you dear folks gathering and shmoozing and
drinking and dining. But I'm not one for such fully loaded gatherings
unless I get my moxie in full gear. But, the water has fallen greatly
in the west, in the desert, and I will be there walking midst the
lustrous fields of flowers in Death Valley, the Anza Borrego, Joshua
Tree and more remote areas . . but, you will be in my mind and
I aint got not pony tail no mo. Jest short and easy to shampoo. Jeans
seem tighter though but I can still see my toes. Gosh, life is great
aint it? But, watch out for the avian flu and don't allow this
administration to darken the future, or, is that the few-sure?
Finally, I won't dance with recent critical evaluations . . 'taint
worth it. Art is the thing. Making it is my game. Otherwise life is the
same and then, who is to blame?
