[ale] MD RAID 5 under Virtual Box under Win 7

I'm a BIG fan of software RAID. ALWAYS works. Any distro will support it
with caveats: /boot can't be on software RAID5 (without serious drive

Partition out the drives to all have a 100MB partition. Make drive A and B
use it for /boot in a RAID1. Have the rest use it for swap. Use the balance
of the drive space for RAID5 plus spare.
