[ale] EFGA, whatever happened to it?

Well, it would seem that there is a server somewhere that didn't get the 
memo, as I get an email list reminder regarding the EFGA list.  If I 
respond to the email, it bounces.

Maybe Scott or Robert have an idea where that's coming from?
