What I meant by floor is not the "floor" or the deck, but the
publically accesible colocation area. I'm sorta freaked that anyone
would consider placing their transport in a publically accessible
area. I mean, let's face it, engineers will muck with stuff
especially
if they are down, they can see where their link terminates at, and
they
can get at it. I know. I'd do it! :)
