Subsea Cable Status Map Update - September 2018

Is that URL correct? https://beta.networkatlas.org/ isnâ??t working for me â?? I canâ??t establish a TLS connection:

~ edward$ openssl s_client -connect beta.networkatlas.org:443 -servername 443

SSL handshake has read 7 bytes and written 330 bytes
New, (NONE), Cipher is (NONE)

http://beta.networkatlas.org/ redirects me to http://server.michogarcia.org/ which does give me a map.
