Anybody here from AS15133 (EdgeCast) engineering?

We peer with you at DE-CIX NY. Seeing a packet loss issue which is
impacting O365 & MS CDN assets.

Trying to resolve but email to peering@ generated a Verizon ticket which
isn't inspiring confidence...
