i regularly check the report for references to 20940 and I was digging
in to these a bit and I noticed something odd:

I followed OrgAbuseRef to ARIN and got this:

"Do not use this information to contact AfriNIC for registration or
business purposes."


This registry record is confusing. Can you explain? Sorry, I must've
have missed this class in Registry 101.
