Didn't make it clear in my example, but you can obviously have multiple
routes in a static instance:

protocol static temp_block {
  route 203.0.113.17/32 blackhole;
  route 203.0.113.28/32 blackhole;

  # redirect to honeypot for gathering info
  route 203.0.113.99/32 via 10.0.0.15;
}
