dynamic or static IPv6 prefixes to residential customers

We're doing:

- dynamic /64 on the link to the customer (PPPoE at this stage) so that PPP directly to a PC will work. (ie. we run SLAAC on this).
- static /56 for the customer via DHCPv6 Prefix Delegation.

Given our architecture a dynamic /56 would have been better (smaller routing tables in some places), but the reality is we've been somewhat wedged and a static range proves to be a better outcome.

FWIW - we're doing IPv6 to customers, today, from our production BNG/BRAS/LNS (whatever you want to call them).
