[ih] Reminder about list post size

Hi, all,

Please note that this list is currently limited to 400KB posts. The size is intended to support most typed and included posts but is NOT intended as a way to post archival material. That info should be posted elsewhere and cited if possible. We unfortunately don?t have the space for arbitrary large posts and do not currently have a repository archive.
