[ih] Internet History Project (was XEROX/PUP and Commercialization (was Re: FYI - Gordon Crovitz/WSJ on "Who Really Invented the Internet?")

When ISOC mooted the Internet Hall of Fame, I suggested there be an annex
for the infamous.

Possibly also a statue of the "unknown user" outside.
