If ever they don't have an executive order, get the names of all of
the people involved, and you can write a felony charge against them
(since the amendments are federal laws) and submit it to the Judge.
If they are unwilling to provide legal identification, you can charge
them with contempt also.  Get their affiliation and pictures if you
can to provide evidence in court.
