Jan, my highschool physics teacher was Mr. Clark, too -- but that was well
before the 60s... I also don't recall anything so recherche then --
they'd barely invented the periodic table...

However, the baby powder tins I've seen lately generally boast that they
contain NO talc -- unless the latest new discovery is that it's good for
your lungs after all. (Like today's NY Times science section declared you
don't have to drink 91 ounces of fluid a day... Well, one less worry...
