[ale] This Pi 4 NAS with 4 2.5" drives might be of interest to some.

Personally I like using LVM on top of mdadm.  I use MDADM for RAID1
mirrors, and then build LVM out of that.

Or I use ZFS RAIDZ6 on FreeNAS ;)
