Sure. Use bind views to accomplish this.
In /etc/bind/named.options.local, or named.conf setup something like
this:

zone "google.com" {
        type forward;
        forward only;
        forwarders { 216.239.34.10; 216.239.36.10; };
};
zone "239.216.in-addr.arpa" {
        type forward;
        forward only;
        forwarders { 216.239.34.10; 216.239.36.10; };
};

zone "home" {
        type forward;
        forward only;
        forwarders { 192.168.1.1; };
};
zone "1.168.192.in-addr.arpa" {
        type forward;
        forward only;
        forwarders { 192.168.1.1; };
};

zone "work" {
        type forward;
        forward only;
        forwarders { 10.10.1.1; 10.10.10.1 };
};
zone "10.10.in-addr.arpa" {
        type forward;
        forward only;
        forwarders { 10.10.1.1; 10.10.10.1 };
};
