[ale] [Way OT]: voice recorder into .wav or .mp3 or something?!

There must be something out there like that.  My sony camcorder would 
work, but then you get video too :) and the price is probably not what 
you're looking to pay.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
