Red Hat 7.x (and poss. previous versions) ships with dia, a GTK-based
diagramming tool. It allows for extensible diagram sets, and there's one in
there already covering some aspects of UML. If your distro doesn't include
it, you can find it at http://www.lysator.liu.se/~alla/dia/ . The site was
very sluggish this morning, though ...
