[ale] ftp install

If you use RedHat, the installation is trivially easy since it asks during
the installation if the image is from FTP, NFS, SMB, local CD-ROM, etc.

I have successfully done a complete install of the RedHat mustang pre-
release (version 4.9) from a busy local NFS source in about 20 minutes
using a single boot diskette. One can presume that FTP will work equally
as well with a reliable FTP server source.
