I need to figure out how to drag xxx DS0's out to approximately
400 cabinets. Initially, my thinking was MDF it.

So I MDF all 400 cabinets x 8 systemax ports. 

I bring in an IDLC to terminate T1's from "whatever" provider
and hang some cheapo patch panels via amphenol off of it.

Sound reasonable?
