Prefab building for cablehead/colo

We need to build 6 to 10 cable head stations for a new submarine cable
which will also be used for colocation services (can't get any closer
than the cable head to cut costs on local loops). We would like to lay
the prefab on a concrete base and be able to add modules according to
growth at each location.

Can anyone recommend  manufactures of modular prefabricated colo type
facilites.
