In my experience, the 21" racks are typically for telco equipment. Most
computer vendors have standardized with the 19"

Thanks for the resource. Looks to be a good place to start, but specific to
cabling. I'm also looking for basic rack mount design priciples, eg. does
have any documents discussing say the relative merits, advantages and uses
19" and 21" rack sizes? Does everyone learn this through trial and error and
